Remote Online Notary

What is Remote Online Notary?

Notarize online using a safe and secure notary platform. Save time and money going paperless. The software I use has government grade security and is tamper proof.

Do I Qualify for Remote Online Notary?

As an Online notary, I must use third party technology to verify your credentials and to notarize your document. Each party is required to meet each of these items.

  • You must be a U.S. citizen and have valid government issued identification.
  • You must have a credit history (if your credit report is locked you will fail to meet the online ID Verification requirements). You must be able to answer the ID Verification questions. If you fail you will not be able to move forward with the notary.
  • You will need a computer, tablet, or smart phone for the video requirements of the notarization.
  • Please use Chrome or Firefox as your browser.
  • You must be able to send me a PDF of the document you need notarized.

How Does Remote Online Notary Work?

  • Please fill out the document prior to emailing it to me. Leave your signature, and date blank.
  • Once your document is received, I will upload into the 3rd party website and you will receive an email with directions to complete your ID Verification and to adopt your signature.
  • When this has been completed (up to 24 hours prior to our set appointment time) I will meet you online per emailed instructions at our set time.
  • I will ask you a few questions and we can finish the signing. You will be asked to click "sign document" and we are done. Once I review the document it will be emailed to you.
  • The whole process generally takes less than 10 mins.

FAQ
